rev:text	Lived there for four months, felt like a year! The management was HORRENDOUS! VERY unaccommodating, RUDE and basically did anything they could to be a pain for us! They told us they would hold our deposit checks until a certain date and DIDN'T! Our account bounced thanks to them. The complex itself was quiet and has a nice pool! Workout room is very small but is quiet so not inconvenient. Again, beware of the management! They KNEW we were coming from out if town, driving from three states away! We got a little turned around in Flagler so we were running behind, our GPS said we would arrive right as they close, literally like RIGHT as they close. We called several times, they said they couldn't guarantee anyone would be there after close even though they know we're driving 2100 miles to get there and just want to move in already. I would understand if had been more than 5 minutes late, but we pulled up to the office three minutes after they closed. REALLY?! You can't stay three minutes to give us our key? You can't spare a few minutes of your precious time to make somebody's long hard day a little bit brighter? I was irate! Way to start off a lease on the wrong foot. I was VERY rude the next morning, after driving all day, giving the courtesy of calling as soon as we knew we were behind schedule, only to find out that we had to then search for a hotel, none of which were inexpensive in the area, only to wake up first thing and try to get our key which SHOULD have been in our possession the night before. This was 2009, so could be different management by now; I sure hope so!
