  • Ridiculous. The woman working the appointments line today between 1pm & 2pm was the RUDEST, abrasive, discriminatory, unethical DMV worker I've ever come in contact with. I had a 1p appointment and unfortunately there was an accident off Sahara and so I was a few minutes late, when I got there the line was empty it shouldn't have been a problem but she RUDELY tried to verbally punish me for being late. I was very polite and apologized the accident was out of my hands I don't control traffic and if she could please over look it as it's my 5th time coming and all I am trying to do is get my husbands car registered. She then looked at me VERY MEANLY AND TAUNTING LIKE says "well then maybe you shouldn't have been late to your appointment". When I again very nicely said I totally understand and I'm sorry but I can't control traffic please it's my 5th time coming here and each time I'm given wrong paper work or wrong info can you please just help me. She glared at me and again reminds me I shouldn't have missed my appointment. When I nicely agreed and asked if there's anything she could do for me today she says RUDELY "well you missed your appointment". Then I almost started to cry because she was being rude for no reason, I was still within grace period there was no excuse for her treatment. Then the worst happened. She said she would help me and put me in line second to a line just to wait for my phone # to be called. Happily I thought finally she's being helpful. NOPE WRONG SHE LIED TO ME! I sat for almost an hour until a polite older woman next to me explained if I didn't see my # of the list on the tv screen I wasn't in a line. SO THIS WOMAN at the appointments line was RUDE, MEAN, and basically lied to "teach me a lesson" costing me time out of my day sitting there like a child who got tricked. This was the poorest treatment I've ever received from the DMV. This was heartbreaking. When I went to go back and be upset about getting lied to of course she wasn't at her desk because there was NO ONE IN THAT LINE! She was simple lazy, mean, rude, and in my opinion prejudice. This woman should be fired she obviously isn't fit for a customer service job. She wouldn't give her name but I will gladly point her out to her supervisor, again she worked the appointments line between 1pm and 2pm Hispanic woman who doesn't deserve to work there;give a job to someone who will actually do their job and treat all people with respect.
