I'd like to start by mentioning how courteous and professional this dealership is! Especially in the service department and specifically Josh Harris.
Since day one, I have always brought my Lexus IS-250 to him and each time it has always been a wonderful and great experience with his help and knowledge.
To be specific on one experience, I recently moved up to North Phoenix so decided to go on over to Bell Lexus; wrong idea. I had recently purchased to new rims for the passenger side as well as two new tires. Not long, I got a nail/hole in one of them - the tire was under warranty - so I took it in to Bell Lexus. Not only did they not get the tire number/code wrong where in which they were telling me I'd have to purchase a new tire but they also said it would cost money to take a loaner vehicle while it was being replaced for the day...... I have never in my life had to pay for a loaner vehicle at Earnhardt Lexus and the service techs were definitely not helpful at Bell Lexus.
I unfortunately had to wait till The following Monday (a couple of days) to go to Earnhardt Lexus, let them know of my situation, and ended up solving the problem... With a loaner at no charge.
As I stated, Josh Harris is a great service technician and would highly recommend him to anyone due to his expertise and knowledge on these vehicles... Not to mention he is a super friendly individual!
