| - I took my bike in for the 600 mile service in September. Shortly after that while on a ride to Prescott, I discovered that my chain guard was loose. Part of the service was to clean and lube the chain. As I tightened the fasteners on my chain guard, I noticed that they only sprayed white lube over the dirty chain. Obviously it was not cleaned.
I Also requested synthetic oil and they charged me for 3 quarts, but when I changed it again myself, there was only 2 quarts in it.
On the invoice, they said (and charged me) they cleaned the air filter. Yesterday, since I was at 3000+ miles, I thought I'd service the air filter. Well, the factory marks on the fasteners were there, indicating that it has never been serviced.
I'm okay with paying for service, but these folks took my money and did little to nothing.
I see that they have lots on one star reviews, but apparently they don't care.
