I take it in for repair: cost @ $30 to look at it. (This can be puts towards your repair bill & parts).
Call for status: Sent out & repaired. On it's way back.
I'm called: Come pick it up!! Yaiiii
I go in: Repair guy totaly rude & arrogant. Gives me back my UN-FIXED microwave.
Reason: Unrepairable, no parts available

i go on THEIR website, find the parts, order them, they arrive, microwave ceiling is replaced by hubby.
WTH?
I call Sears, ask them WHY my unit was sent in to them, to be repaired, and returned back to me saying they didn't have the parts, yet i ordered them from THEM and have them in my hand? I demand a full refund for their "looking at my unit" to tell me nodda.
I await 1 week for their return call and subsiquant refund - nodda.
Can you believe this? They stock the parts, they advertise them, but they say they don't have them in the warehouse when my unit is there at the same time?! WTH?
Supposidly i await a refund of $30 to yet surface.....
meanwhile, anyone for microwave popcorn??
