  • I got my MAC fixed here last year no problem and it took an hour . I think the guy was an owner or manager from another location I remember him saying . Today I take my MAC in and I ask the guy if he could fix it. The receipt said his name was Bobby.This was another guy and it was only him so not sure if he felt overwhelmed but this was my experience. He says he has to first diagnosis my laptop and he would give me a call . Two hours later I call him and he says yes he can fix my laptop. Mind you I had to call him he forgot to call me . I ask how long and he says he doesn't know. I'm like what do you mean you don't know ? You've had my computer for two hours. He says I can come get my laptop and take it somewhere else. When I came to pick up my laptop he was very rude and said here's your computer. I would stay away from these guys if I were you I hope my computer has no additional defaults
