  • We recently booked a Maverick tour of the Grand Canyon, with landing and snack. We were picked up at the hotel at exactly the time arranged. Driver (Mike) was friendly, pleasant. On arrival at the Maverick Building, we were greeted by equally pleasant staff and issued our boarding passes, with instructions. Now for the best part... the flight. Our pilot, Alex, was personable, knowledgeable and a great helicopter pilot. As we departed LAS for our tour, there were some issues with the intercom system. He promptly turned the helicopter around and had the staff prepare another one. The flight and sights were beyond amazing. Alex pointed out and explained the important/interesting sights. The landing in the canyon on Mavericks bluff area was breathtaking. If I had any critique of the whole day, it's that my girlfriend wouldn't let me go again right away. And..... if Maverick management are reading this, Alex deserves a raise.
