I purchased a Cadillac SRX. I love the car and went in knowing I wanted to buy the it. My salesman was a very nice young man and he was shadowing/training another salesman. They allowed me to test drive the car. Allowed my boyfriend and myself to have conversation regarding the car and not interrupt us. I decided to sit down and go through all the hopes to purchase the car. Garrett worked really well with me and submitted all my offers. I had a good trade which they tried to cut me on, telling me that there was $1000.00 worth of repairs and another $500 of misc things cutting my trade value by $1500.00. The car had zero repairs needed and other than a detail ready to be sold again (my beauty is now sitting on their lot selling for $3500 more than they gave me for her. ) I did get them to go up with my trade and finally got them to go down in the price of the car. Not much but it was down from where we originally started. Everything was approved and off to the finance department I went. I worked with CJ who was extremely good at his job. I was in and out of his area in about 30 minutes. The next day I had paperwork to deliver and worked with CJ's counter part and she was just as awesome as he was and helped me change the term of my loan. Meanwhile my car was to be detailed and filled with gas. When I was finished my car was clean however when I pulled away my car was only half full. I came back and requested a full tank and received it.
All in all it was a good experience. Very time consuming. I got there at 5 pm and did not leave until 11:30. My salesman was awesome and my finance team was awesome however, the time it took to appraise my car and the back and forth with the pricing took to long.
I was called within a week to obtain my green slip and I am hoping that when it comes time to get my free oil changes that the process runs smooth.
