  • Update Jan 2018: One of the owners eventually followed up on the below review and offered to fix my sunroof at cost of parts plus tax. It was 6 hours of labor so a decent savings. Kudos to autotoyz for making it right. Went in to get my sun roof evaluated and fixed. Ended up the main reason wasn't the right diagnosis and that's ok. Did fix half the problem by replacing the shade. Told me they'd call me with a week when they found the right parts. Never called. When I called a month later to check in they barely remembered me (after I spent a $1000 already with them paid in full at time of service), asked me for my invoices because they didn't have proper records of what they already fixed for me and I already paid for! Come on guys...the customer service you showed me told me clearly I'm not a valued customer. You get 2 stars for the service up until you misdiagnosed and never followed through.
