  • Very pleased with Big O Tire on Charleston... (Summerlin) Needed tires. Been there twice, last time about two weeks ago. I wanted the Michelin 225 65 17's energy savers that came with the car when I purchased it new. Didn't have them in stock but they found them fast, real fast, same day, and they gave me the call. Priced them below or bottom price of competition, including Wal-Mart. The facility is clean, yes, clean, like you'll drink the coffee; coffee which, incidentally, they seem always to be making fresh. What this place realizes is that nobody wants to wait for anything, so they make it as comfortable as possible, television on, etc. Tip: Make an appointment; they'll give you the price out the door. And, they stick to - honor their word in regard to their appointments. Your turn is your turn on the rack. Will have you in and out in or in less than an hour. Both times found them catering to poor souls from out of town having tire trouble. They treated them like locals, concerned about their ordeals, ready to help. In particular ask for Charley. Last time I was there in a rush, threw him my keys, came back in an hour and found his handshake to be true. There it was sitting outside waiting on me. I am a satisfied customer.
