  • --The fees are no good. --When I got married how is it when I changed my name with 5 credit cards it was no big deal, they sent me a new card in the mail for free. Credit One charges you if you want a new card with your new name on it. --They also ask for a arm and a leg to show proof that you got married and changed your name. You have to mail it out too. --The operators are also not helpful. You have to keep your fingers crossed every time you need to call to get a good knowledgeable operator that you can understand. --The website is awesome...thats pretty much the only good thing about this company.
