  • Un-freaking-believable. I've been bringing my dog and my mom's dogs here for years, and today was by FAR the worst experience ever! Appointment was for noon. I get there 5 minutes early and that's when they tell me they are down a girl and are backed up. Don't offer to reschedule just wanted to give me a heads up. I tell them fine thinking it might be two hours today rather than a normal hour to an hour and a half. Oh no, FOUR hours later, STILL no update so I call to be told they're drying her and she will be done soon. Half hour passes, so I just go in. They not only were just starting to dry her when I walked through the door but my poor girl is huffing and puffing and by the looks of it hadn't been given any water the 4 1/2 hours she was there! And then they cash me out, at full price, and after they have my cash proceed to tell me they didn't get a chance to brush her or finish her nails and they're "so sorry" and to "bring her back next week before my csection so they can finish"...!!! Are you freaking joking me!? I will never be back! I'll finish your damn job myself and go re-clean my car on my own dime from all the hair that flew off from you not completing your work. Never again! So beyond disappointed.
