rev:text	AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Going to get your car serviced can be an already stressful experience in the first place, but I left this shop just down right pissed. I made an appointment online for 9:45A. When I arrived it was evident that my appointment was not in their computer as the guy at the front looked confused when I gave him my name but THANK GOD I had the email confirmation in my phone. Mind you, the only reason I decided to come to this shop in the first place was because I had received a mailer for a $15 synthetic oil change which I thought was a hell of a deal. Always too good to be true at these places. Of course there was an "issue with my coupon" as I was told that my car (a 7 yr old Mazda) would only accept the "Full synthetic blend" which fine I'm okay with. So my initial $15 oil change then turned into a $62 oil change. As I was trying to understand where the numbers came from the guy told me that "I could go somewhere else". That should've been my first clue. I was hesitant but was already there and needed the oil change so I was fine with it. I specifically asked him if he could get me back right away (which you would assume would be the case with an appointment but you really can never be so sure) and he assured me that he'd have me in and out in 45 minutes. Cool- I'm good with that. I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes and my car hadn't even been taken back while I watched the guys help other customers that had come in after me. The whole thing just gave me a bad taste in my mouth so I went up to ask another guy at front for my keys, visibly annoyed and he (like his coworker) didn't seem to care at all- grabbed my keys and handed them right to me. It appears this shop doesn't need or appreciate your business and certainly can't display any common decency for their customers. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.
