  • Kevin rescued our house once again! We once again woke up to a home without AC in June... I called Kevin first thing (around 5:30AM) and was pleasantly surprised that he responded immediately. He was at our house by 10 AM, and had the new AC motor installed and running by 10:45! Kevin made sure that everything was running well and used a thermal gun to measure the output temperature of each vent. While they were here, Kevin measured all of our four-direction vents, which are not very efficient (cooling interior walls and windows). He is going to order and install new vents in the coming weeks. I can't say enough good things about In-Phase! Thanks again!
