  • Pete is great! Could not figure out what was slowing my comouter down and he was able to give me simple advice over the phone before bringing it in. Once I dropped my computer off they were able to diagnose and fix within a couple hours. Crucial for me because I was not able to do my normal job until the computer was back up and running. Pete was able to explain the problem to me in clear language and charged a very fair price. It always feels great to support a family-owned, local business with excellent customer service!
