Wish I could give a zero. I bought a CPO car here a couple of years ago, and I've taken it in 7-8 times in a 3 year period. Each time they fix the issue, but not the root cause, and I end up back in their offices 4-5 months later. They take zero blame/initiative, and are extremely unhelpful over the phone. I will never buy another car from a Chapman dealership and encourage all of you to find a reputable dealer/service center if you want to keep your sanity.
