  • I moved here from Illinois, and I expect the front desk to be incompetent. That is not even the word for the front desk at this office. They do not greet you, or even smile. They basically speak when they want their money. They messed up my appointment, did not apologize for it, even after I told them that I had a death in the family that morning! I asked if I could be seen next, since they messed up my appointment time (Christina) and both the doctor (Dr. Christopher Bringhurst) stated I should go somewhere else since I did not trust his staff. How rude! He seems to value people like himself...because he was surely quick to get rid of me, even after stating his staff messed up. Both my husband and I were patients there (obv. not the right color for him), but that office, nor that company will ever get my business again! I will be sure to tell all my friends and family, because no one should be subjected to such rudeness. At the end of the day, you have to go somewhere and get all new x-rays, but they could care less. Horrible treatment, and no remorse for their behavior, even when they know they were wrong!
