  • Great value! Check-in went smoothly. They asked us if we wanted to hear about their timeshare option and get complimentary show tickets, and they didn't try to pressure us when we declined. We had their 2-bedroom suite, which is basically a 1 bedroom suite connected to a studio suite. This is a great setup as you get a mini kitchen in the studio section (in addition to the big kitchen in the 1-bedroom suite), plus, you have 2 zones for the a/c. There are washer and dryer in the 1 bedroom suite, which they don't mention on their website. The suite was very clean and nice. It's not the most upscale place we've been to, but it's very nice looking. We called the front desk asking for extra towels & sheets, and within 10 minutes housekeeping delivered. They even called later in the day to make sure these were delivered. The next day we locked one of the bathrooms by mistake so we couldn't get in. A quick call to the front desk, again, someone came over to open the door within 10 minutes. On our last day there we realized we needed more laundry detergent (they leave 1 complimentary pack in the apartment). The nice lady at the front desk wanted to see if there's anything else we needed, and, yes you guessed it, within 10 minutes, extra detergents were delivered. They have a nice pool which we enjoyed using. It's not huge as the larger hotels offer, but it's still a good size for swimming. In the evening we saw their security guard walking around the premises, and also checking the license plates of the cars against a list he was holding. Their free breakfast includes just bagel & cream cheese/jelly. They open it at 8, but when we came in at 7:30 on our last day, as we had to leave early, they let us grab some bagels so we could have a quick bite before heading back home. They offer shuttle service to the strip. We didn't use it, but it's good to know it's available. We really liked this place. Customers service is great, the rooms are nice & clean, strong wifi signal, and the price is very very reasonable.
