  • Had them come twice to my 2500 square foot 4 bedroom 3 bath home at the end of some major home renovations. The first was for a "rough" construction clean and then again a couple weeks later for a "final" clean. They are a 4-5 women team and move quick and systematically. The first cleaning was 6 hours and the second time was 4 hours. They were on time and courteous. I like that they have a "lead" person on each time to clarify expectations and ask questions. I was very happy with the rough clean. They had a ton of cleaning to do on the first round, construction dust had been built up for months. They washed down all my walls, which is exactly what I wanted. They washed windows inside and exterior screens. They did inside cabinetry where needed. They seem to do a great job with obvious dirt and debris. Bathrooms were sparkling clean and they did a really good job cleaning out my kitchen cabinets and fridge. The second time around the house wasn't so dirty and I thought they did a good job but not perfect. I think from a cursory glance there were areas that looked clean to them and they did not focus on or get into "nitty gritty" cleaning just because there wasn't obvious dirt. But later, when I got up close to corners and cracks, etc I found a lot of missed details. I actually found a cobweb in my living room up in the corner ceiling they missed; the shelf under the oven untouched and full of crumbs, and the sides of kitchen cabinets and baseboards in kitchen NOT wiped down. There were still some construction materials in the kitchen area and instead of moving them and cleaning the dirt buildup on walls there, they just avoided that area altogether. I understand they may not have understood that was still part of the house cleaning because of the flooring materials, but I was disappointed that they did not bother to take initiative to move things and clean under instead of around them. However, that being said, this seems to be the norm with cleaning services in AZ and I have yet to find a company where the maids actually picked up every single thing and cleaned under it (like I do when I clean my house). Most cut corners by cleaning around furniture and appliances, etc, esp in a big house with a lot of work to do. That being said, they seemed trainable and I like that there was a group of them. They were hard workers and stayed late to get it all done in one day, even though the clean was a long one. I feel like I can eventually get the thorough perfect cleaning I want, if I stay there through the whole cleaning and spend time educating them. I will definitely try them out again for maintenance and see if I can attain that perfect clean that I myself do but don't always have time! They were pleasant to work with and an easy process overall. Flexible with scheduling and did not push me to enter the home without my presence like some of these other companies try to do.
