  • This review is for this store only. I shop at H&M frequently back home but I recently came here while on vacation. I found tons of cute stuff and I ended up spending a good amount. So now the problems. During checkout the cashier tried to stuff all the things I bought into a smaller bag. And during this process, one of the necklaces got stuck to the sensor remover causing a big whole in the bag. So to fix it, he just put that bag into a bigger one. Weird, but I didn't mind. While this was going on I signed the credit card receipt, was given the doubled bag and left. It wasn't until a few stores later I thought to look at my receipt while my family & boyfriend shopped. I looked through my bag, then my wallet & nothing. I figured he got distracted when the whole bag thing happened, and even though we were a ways out I didn't mind walking back. So I get back & the cashier I that helped me was gone. I tell the new lady what happened and she seemed annoyed because I didn't have a regular transaction. She looked for the receipt I signed & continued to say, "well you signed the receipt". Yes, but I didn't get my copy. She called 'upstairs' and said I claimed to not have received a receipt but I signed the merchant copy. She hangs up comes back & says they have to print the copy upstairs ad bring it down. So I wait a few minutes. I get my receipt on an 8x11 white paper and leave again. Little did I know I wasn't done with them. I get back to my room, that isn't on the strip, and start to go through my new things to put them in my luggage. And what do you know...one of my items is missing! I called the store and spoke to a manager about the missing receipt and missing item so she was aware. She was the only pleasant person through all this and she told me I can come pick up my item after showing them my receipt. I wanted to get it out of the way so I can be finished and enjoy my vacay. I take a taxi back speak to a different manager because another new cashier tells me the manager I spoke to over the phone isn't available. But that manager ended up calling up to the original manager to get her approval. I got my item, got the customer service number, and left for the last time. After all this I was just tired and annoyed for spending the time, money on taxis, and energy to get what I should have when I left the store originally. This whole experience was just a hassle and I had to deal with about 5 different people before it was all over. I definitely will not be visiting this store again when I'm in town.
