  • I would like to give NO STARS... Do yourself a favor STAY CLEAR. I was referred to him by a family member who had never dealt with him but she knew he was an attorney. I was in 2 accidents over a year ago. It was impossible to get anyone from his office to return my call after the initial sign up. My "case representative" Nelson A. nor Attorney Eric P. would return phone calls, emails nor text messages. So here is my experience. * They do not return phone calls, emails nor text messages. * I was schedule for an in office deposition with Eric and when I arrived they told me he had another appointment so a "Jr." partner sat in and she did not know anything about the case. * They do not respond to medical providers. I know this because I received phone calls daily and now I am in collections. * They terminated doctors' appointments and did not notify me. I would find out when I would show for my scheduled appointment. When I called Nelson ( I had to leave a message, but he called back 3 days later) he said I do not want to run up doctors' bills that way you get more money back. * I paid out of pocket for all further treatments * I hired another attorney and they charged $700.00 to give them the file. * He is trying to place a lien on the case, which they did NOTHING on. I know they will finally respond to this saying they did everything possible so I have supporting documents for anyone who cares to see it. The funny part is they finally called me when they received a letter from my new attorney.
