  • We rarely buy passes for anything here in Las Vegas when we probably should as we would, hello....save money! However, buying a pass at cowabunga bay is well worthed! The offer a lot of great deals for those who want to renew their passes, and even offer installment plans for people looking to purchase passes without going negative. Lol. Those deals usually come out towards the end of the year into the beginning, I've noticed. I suggest opt for the pass or even the deal that includes parking. Last thing you want is to pay 5 bucks for parking each visit. Having this place as an option makes our summers feel cooler! We are in the desert with no ocean in sight, so this is the best there is to offer especially for the kiddos! They always have a great time and the kids section never falls short of boring our younger set. Then again, water and slides for any normal kid is excitement in itself. We love coming close to dark because one, we love night swimming. We're such owls, I swear. It brings a different mood and vibe. Plus, the kids pass out on the drive back home so if that isn't the best bed time story I don't know what is!?! They have themed nights which is fun because it perks the park up with its loud music and giant disco ball. They'll offer special admission rates for particular hours and day of the week as low as 7.77 per person. Just gotta check their website. Although it can be pretty busy depending days and time...we've always been able to find a spot to nest our things. They have lockers for rent, but I've never bothered with it. If someone wants to jack our extra clothes and towel...by all means. Onward, the water is not freezing! So if you are bringing your baby in...you don't have to worry about shocking him or her because the water is pretty well-temped. Anyway, great place to cool those summer days and to get the kids tired! They do have snack bars within the park and a place that sells waterpark type eatery. We didn't renew our passes for this season since the kids were out-of-town for most the summer, but would have no problem purchasing a season pass if summer travel plans calls for it. Definitely kid and stroller friendly! Highly recommend! 2 and below are free! And last we were there EVERYONE was required to wear a life vest that is available around the park. Which in a way was a little annoying because I even had to put one on-on my then 3month old. Safety first, folks. Safety first. Stay cool! Enjoy!
