  • I have been renting Nicklin for only 1 year and in the beginning it seems LIKE I WAS CALLING every month.. now my roof has been leaking for almost a month now and they are having a hard time getting them to fix it . The owner has decided to sell and he doesn't want to fix anything. I want to move if that is the case, Nicklin says I still have to pay my lease off cause the whole house isn't damaged..
