  • My husband and I retained our first rental property a year ago. We were referred to Rentals America by a friend whom uses them for their rental properties. We work with Nancy, and she's been absolutely the best! She found us a renter right away. We had a couple of small issues with the house and didn't know the best way to handle them for the tenant - Nancy gave us prompt, accurate advice and personally oversaw that the issues were handled quickly. And while our current tenant is fantastic, It's also very reassuring to know that if we have an issue with a tenant in the future that we won't have to worry about the complicated and time consuming process of eviction; Rentals America will handle all of it -free of charge! The monthly premium to Rentals America is well worth the cost for the peace of mind given.
