  • The unfinished task still remained after 4-5 years--searching for a comfortable pair of black flats! I spent every year walking around all the shoe stores at Chandler Fashion Mall including Nordstrom's, and DSW. I even ordered about 10-12 pairs of shoes from Zappo's and Naturalizer to try at home without success. Started buying Fitflops at Nordstrom's to wear year around. People commented how cold my feet must have been. This winter I had finally given up this year ever finding another pair of "shoes!" A friend said, "Why don't you go to 'The Shoe Mill' and look for a good pair of shoes?!?" Although I've never been there before, I knew it was downtown Tempe on the NW corner of Fourth and Mill. Wow! What an amazing store! There were Naot shoes from Israel, Mephisto, Ecco, Alegria, Five Fingers, Sanita, Fly London, etc. This store is full of international, excellent quality shoes, gorgeous sandals for summers, clogs, hand-painted Anuschka purses and wallets! Alison was fantastic in helping me find just the perfect "comfortable" shoes!!! She was total customer satisfaction in action. I could not have found the black pair of Naot shoes without Alison's help! I love both pair and look forward to wearing them!
