  • The entire facility is always clean, well maintained, secure, and easily accessible. A real plus is the drive thru availability for all the indoor air conditioned units. Customer service is always professional and helpful when selecting your storage unit and continues while you are renting your unit. Cold water, coffee, and a bathroom are available, which is especially nice during the days you are moving in/out or may be re-organizing your space. Plus as an extra convenience during the holidays, they offer to accept packages for you at their office. Five years ago we selected Desert Storage for our business inventory needs because of Catherine's professionalism and the capabilities of the facility she managed. During these five years we've averaged twice a week access to our air conditioned spaces. At times when we've needed additional short term or long term units, both air conditioned or outside only, we've met with Catherine or Samantha. Each time we've received the best information of available space relative to our existing units so our ongoing storage needs are always an advantageous solution. Even a short term personal storage need received the same gracious attention and help. I highly recommend this storage facility. Catherine and her staff greet you with a smile, then go out of their way to be helpful and make your storage a pleasant experience.
