  • I stayed here four days for a work conference. The location if you are in Glendale is good. It's Surrounded by restaurants and shopping. The outlet mall is literally less than a five minuet walking distance. Elevators are fast. Staff was super friendly. The beds are comfortable. I got a double room with two queen beds. Complaints: 1. My tub drain was horrible! When I showered the water never left below my ankles! 2. The color scheme of orange and mauve is hideous (personal pet peeve) 3. The computer chair and lunge chair were visibly dirty. Yuck 4. For the conference restrooms downstairs, not happy. The women's restroom had over 15 stalls, but no toilet paper or seat covers! On day two, I actually used my cell phone to call the front desk to ask them to refill the toilet paper dispensers. They did, but not the seat covers. I guess I needed to be more specific smh 5. When I checked in there was a random men's shoe near the curtain in my room (pictured) 6. My scheduled room service breakfast was about 15 minuets late and I had to call and check on it
