I have been a huge fan of Eminence products for more than 9 years. I was very excited to find a spa in Las Vegas that used the product line. When I arrived for my facial I thought the place was clean and my therapist (Darlene) was very nice. My actual facial was above average. I also appreciated that while the masks, cleansers, etc, were soaking in I received an arm and hand massage and a scalp massage.
Now here is the issue why I only rated them three stars - a non-stop sales pitch to buy products and join the monthly membership ruined my experience. From the very beginning I explained how much I love the products and how long I have used them. If my therapist and the owner would not have put the full court press on me during and after my facial I would have bought something - probably a lot of things! But nothing is worse that trying to relax and feel like you are constantly being pressured to buy product or join their monthly membership. Plus, I think it is just tacky to talk down your competition as a sales technique. All that did was tell me exactly who else sells Eminence in town and where I can go to get the products.
The Eminence products sell themselves - they are great. Too bad the pushy employees ruin their own sales.
