This was our go-to Ford place after Ford Country went to pot. Well Gaudin has joined their sister dealership. Sales people are HORRIBLE and pushy. Sold us a car with ONE key and told us we had to pay for a second. Really? Safety issue here. Most recently made an appointment three weeks out for routine 10K service, oil change and seat belt repair (July 3). Car not service due to lack of techs on site. Really? I had a freakin' appointment. Brought it back Monday (July 6) as requested. Service advisor called at 2:45 saying seat belt repaired and oil change underway...pick up car at 3:30. Got here at 3:50 and they can't find my paperwork. Twenty minutes later some guy tells me Johnny "left on an emergency" and he's not gonna give me a bull story but cars not done...another hour at least. So I wait. Another twenty minutes pass and he says car still not done but here's a free oil change for next time. I have a service plan so my oil chances are free. After this latest horrendous service we won't be back. We will go to scary part of town to Friendly Ford where we are treated well and service is speedy quick.
