  • Worst service ever! Called shuttle bus twice and it took 40 minutes to arrive. The driver was rude and questioned our rental car location. The driver did not get out of the car to help with the bags (I was traveling with my wife and two small kids with 4 luggages and carry-ons). Can you say NO tip! Our rental car pickup was scheduled for 6:30 first thing in the morning but once we got to the customer service counter, we encountered another poor excuse of bad service! We were told our car reservation will be delayed for at least another hour or more because there was no cars available until someone else returns them! One customer already waiting for their car ahead of us, and more customers are now waiting after us. No compensation or sympathy offered whatsoever! They charge a cheap day rate but they get you you back in extra higher fees and taxes. You get what you pay for. LOL. Will never ever do business with these third rate companies ever again! Have to give one star but really deserve NO stars!
