| - **UPDATE**
Today, we heard from Alliance management and they were very professional and apologized for any miscommunication and have waived our move out fee which, we very much appreciate.
*UPDATED*
*** As you can see at the end of my review below, Alliance responded and asked me to call them so we could try to resolve this. Great right? It would have been IF they called me back but the number they gave me is the same number that I've always called (not Kayla's direct line). This is the same number I've always called with difficulty getting ahold of anyone. They still have yet to call me back--going on more than 48 hours later. Then I called the 1-800 number I had for customer service with no answer and still no call back. ***
I'm sad to give Sonoran Vista this rating because we lived here for 13 months and loved it at the beginning. We didn't ever have a problems with the previous management and staff was always so friendly, knowing tenants by name. However, Alliance took over several months ago and things seemed to change quite a bit. Didn't see staff ever, getting ahold of them was near impossible and getting return phone calls was slim to none. The last straw with this company for us was move out. We had been good tenants; never complained, quiet, clean, friendly and paid our rent ON TIME every month. We gave our 60 day notice verbally but we both were not available to sign on that day, so we signed a few days later any I verbally confirmed that we were ok with a "of course" from the staff member. Now, 2 weeks after move out, we get a bill for $328 for being 8 days late on our 60 day notice. We called TWICE to discuss this with of course no answer and no call back. So today, we physically went in to try to talk to someone and she apologized saying she's the only one there and they had a resident night and "had a lot of issues", whatever that means. She gave us a customer service number to call, because they don't deal with this, so now we have to play phone tag with them I'm sure. On top of that charge we also were charged $20 for apparently leaving "small items" in a drawer they had to throw out and $90 for carpet being "heavily soiled" according to them. We literally only had carpet in our bedroom. The dog wasn't allowed in that room alone and we never ate or spilled anything. The only dirty area was normal 13 mos of wear and tear. They only care about money here. I would not live under this management again. Very glad to be out, just frustrated they are STILL trying to get our money.
