  • I've never been here and felt as if I was surrounded by competent employees. (Read details below) Fail: One of the top rules of sales- Know your products. Upon my visit, I asked about the difference between 2 brands of toners, I actually got the reply "I don't know". Then she began to read the back of the bottles, as if I hadn't the ability to read. However after doing so she still had no answer to my question. Fail: Customers First. They are always stocking items which takes up so much space and they assume YOU'RE in THEIR way. I have never been approached for help, instead I have to hunt someone down, which proves worthless anyway. Checking out is chaos. The demeanor of employees is that their doing you a favor and that is clear since they never stop talking to each other about their personal lives. High Prices: The toner I purchased was 3x more expensive here than at other beauty stores, however I was in a hurry so I paid it. 2 Stars because the location is convenient and they carry a couple of hard to find items. I Won't be returning to this location unless some mature adults start working there.
