| - If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would, but since it's not an option on Yelp, I'm giving it one star. I came to this Lexus dealership to replace a broken key, and not only did I NOT receive the keys I needed, but I also received terrible service and a condescending attitude. Because the VIN number on my title did not match my key code, I was told that I wouldn't be able to get my key replaced, and they also offered no solution. Instead, they insinuated that I was a thief, and that I would have to go elsewhere to get my key cut. I've been a loyal Lexus customer for over a decade, and after this experience, Lexus won't be getting any more of my business.
