  • This place is terrible! If I could give zero stars I would. My husband purchased a large gift card for me for Christmas and nobody knew how to use it each time I've scheduled appointments. All the professionals I've seen have been good at their specialty, but because they are independent contractors, they have no obligation to the spa itself and make it very difficult to schedule appointments for services. Lastly, today I scheduled a massage-a rare treat for me as I'm home with two kids most every day and the masseuse cancelled without calling to tell me! And again, because they all make their own appointments, there's nobody available to take up my appointment and I don't get my service today. If I wasn't intent on getting every penny from the gift card my husband purchased for me, I would not be coming back.
