  • Very grateful. I've used them in the past, always with great results. I have children, grand children and an animal sanctuary. The unit stopped working at about 1pm on a lovely Arizona August day. By the time I had exhausted all my capabilities with the unit, it was after hours. The answering service promptly had Rafael call me. We talked about the possible problems and he was at my home (an hour away from his shop) first thing in the morning. He had my AC working within 15 minutes. Thank you very much Rafael and Randy!
