This is for the wigwam office. I have a knee medial minuscus tear and was referred here by urgent care after having mri done and being in pain for a month. After being on hold for 30 min. I was told i couldnt get an appointment until october and they couldnt help me. Im already a patient there for my foot but that didnt matter to them, they sugested i go somewhere else. Scheduling supervisor promised to help me get in sooner and she said she would call me back and she never did. I called again several days later and the same supervisor chrystal was to busy to take my call. I was then told i could get appointment for july. I would have to wait two months in pain. What kind of office is this. Overbooked. Overloaded, overly rude.
