  • Bike shops these days have a problematic, unapproachable, ultra hip stigma. Those without ironic tattoos and cut off denim shorts dare not enter. And yeah, everyone at BOW is super cool but they don't make a point of rubbing your nose in it. We're all here for the love of bikes are we not? Just wanted to thank these guys for such a lovely experience I had with them when I stopped by to pick up a new bike chain a couple of weeks ago. The woman assisting me was very friendly and helpful! She simultaneously made me want to be her bestfriend and spend all of my money. She said, at one point, that she was new but guys, give this girl a raise. She is going to kill it. In less than 20 min I got a new chain (and installation) and a comprehensive tour of handle bar grips. I felt like no question was a stupid question. Can't wait to continue learning and riding with BOW. Cheers
