  • Company extremely disrespectful of my household's time. Refused to issue a quote for a rental property without also having my wife, who'd hoped to avoid being involved, also being present. When I said that I did not feel like putting her through a 90 minute long sales pitch at the end of her work day, the person on the phone did not care. The person on the phone then went on a protracted rant about "the other window companies." I told them that while I'd initially had some interest in hearing their bid, they could go ahead and cancel the appointment.
