  • Great customer service! I purchased a cumquat tree several months ago from Moon Valley. I opted to buy a smaller tree and plant it myself (big mistake). The tree was doing well until the thermometer hit about 105. Then the leaves started to turn yellow and fall off and the fruit shriveled up and died. I contacted Eric, at the Chandler Moon Valley store. He suggested I text him a photo of the tree and then told me how to go about reviving it. We texted back and forth for about 30 minutes. He gave me the proper watering amount and cycle for the tree, amongst other helpful tips. It's only been a couple of days, but the tree is looking better already. Thanks again for the great customer service...You have a customer for life!
