  • The worst customer service I've ever experience, and the crappiest products I've ever bought. My center table is already broken, it's wobbly and one of the screws broke off. Customer service was terrible, they were supposed to ship me my rug a month ago, it still isn't here. And while I was in the store not only did it take them 4 hours to complete my order, when I went to pick up my items it took them another 2 to get them to my vehicle. I will never buy from any Ashley furniture store again.
