  • Steer clear! They have a 'D' rating with the BBB, and Lmao, John Poyner leaves a 5-star review for his own company? Sad. Pathetic, really. Go view the BBB complaints for all you need to know about this company. Nasty. Bugs in their houses (more than one tenant!) and they wouldn't pay to treat to get rid of them--eewww gross!!! Blamed the tenants every time. We mentioned the name of property management company for a rental house to a friend at work, who said NOooo--Stay AWAY from PPG!!! Turns out he had to take them to court because they refused to fix anything in his rental. Numerous other complaints at BBB about the same thing--refusal and delay in fixing AC in the Summer, in Arizona heat. Oh, and reports that "Laney" in that office is a big-time racist. And she will tell you how "convenient" it is, you can pay your rent online...nothing about how ridiculously expensive the service charge for that is! All in all a huge headache no one needs!
