  • I'll give them a star because they were nice when they were trying to sell the car ... In general they are nice ... But when I called to see if I had left my license no one answered the phone . I was on hold for probably a good 20 min .Finally spoke to someone and they told me to text my sales person (Glenn) which I did . He never responded .... Thanks for the response Glenn... Two weeks after that, leading to today we get a call saying that we need to drop off some pay stubs .... This is (2weeks after we bought the car) my husband goes and they tell him that unless he comes up with 2300$ there is no deal . ( we already signed the contract) How exactly does that work... You sell me a car and say nvm you can't have it 2 weeks later......If I would of said nvm I don't want the car you would have said sorry you signed a contract.... Maybe if you guys didn't push to hard and fast on the sale you couldn't have issues like the one today . How unprofessional . What a bunch of amateur sales people. Thanks again for the hassle ...
