We came early for our reservation so we had a drink in the lounge and was presented with a tray of snack foods including wasabi popcorn, olives and homemade chips (very salty but delicious) you will be in carb overload because bread and many variations there of are presented before you, starting with long Parmesan bread sticks. We started with the big eye tuna tartare, the best ! Spicy but not overpowering, topped with fresh avocado. The only hiccup in the entire experience was another round of fresh bread they presented on two occasions I choose the pretzel bread and the focaccia bread which would have been delicious if they were hot or semi hot or mildly hot but it wasn't, I get it we had 10pm reservations they probably were made for the 9pm reservation tables. Wagyu Filet to die for! perfectly prepared with a red center. Mac and cheese with Quebec cheddar delicious, creamed spinach with fried organic egg the BEST I have had, usually you taste more cream then spinach this was the opposite and the egg was a delicious twist. Desert baked Alaska in the shape of an onion so good mixed with fresh espresso. Fantastic service and atmosphere! Wolfgang Puck....fantastisch ich werde weider da sein!!
