  • There's another review like this one from Andrea C in Scottsdale with the same issue...Old Republic Warranty sent them here as a 2nd opinion for an ongoing problem. Technician Brandon came out, seemed knowledgeable and professional...told me to call immediately if problem continues, which it did, so I called them to advise. Spoke to George 2x, who claimed to be the owner, a complete and utter jerk. Unprofessional, rude, obnoxious and a joke if he is indeed the owner. Found out from Old Republic that either technician Brandon or "owner" George completely lied to them about the situation on their report, leaving us now stuck with our warranty company. I could not believe what I was hearing when I was told what CNJ said...I am not one to leave bad reviews unless necessary and this is necessary. If I was able to leave negative stars on this review, I would. Hopefully, either the real owner or George will see this and use this as a learning tool, but I'd never call them again...With so much competition in the plumbing business, learn to do a job properly and above all, professionally. You chose to take the warranty company's work, so do the work and stop lying... UPDATE AS OF THIS AFTERNOON...I had another plumber come to the house for the problem...Now I watched everything technician Brandon did and he assured me he replaced the toilet seal and "guaranteed" me that the sewer gas won't leak out and smell anymore...When new plumbers came today, low and behold-the seal was NOT installed correctly...AND I was shown that technician Brandon cut some of the toilet wax seal ring to "rig" it...So much for being qualified...Stick it CNJ...
