  • Wow! Not sure why it took so long for us to try this restaurant. The environment, service and food were absolutely remarkable! Not sure we have been to a place with such an attentive staff! It started with a very polite Hostess, then one of the floor Managers, Celine approached our table and welcomed us, she was very nice and very professional. Then we met our waiter, Luke, this guy should give classes on how to provide outstanding service, he was very knowledgeable and what really stood out to me is that he didn't try to sell us on the most expensive items on the menu. Luke came across very Honest and sincere, and he was absolutely right. We ordered the portobello fries and calamari to start. The basil aioli is so delicious and we could not get over the great flavor of the portobello fries. We ordered the cowboy skirt steak and the roasted chicken sandwich in addition to the mashed potatoes and cauliflower. The cauliflower was delicious and had a great balance of sweet, salty and spicy. Our drinks were always topped off and the service by all was outstanding. Can't wait to have another " Date Night" with my wife and once again enjoy the wonderful food and atmosphere at echo & Rig.
