  • I just took my 2016 in for the free 20,000 mile oil change, tire rotation and inspection. I tried to make an appointment but they're booking 13 days out so I just went in. They offered a free shuttle ride to East Towne Mall, so that seemed better than sitting in the waiting area. They called when the work was nearly finished and said they'd send the shuttle. After 2 phone calls and AN HOUR AND 20 MINUTES the shuttle finally showed up. Never again!
