Stopped by on Fri evening for several items including a piece of carrot cake that I've had many times before. Unfortunately, it was stale. The icing was like paste. Today, stopped in again for other items and mentioned to the counter person that the carrot cake was sub-par. She said there was nothing she could do without a receipt -twice. In my view, that is inexcusable. Why does AJ fine foods not train their personal about proper "recovery" protocols!!?? Lesson learned: premium prices charged at AJ are not justified.
