  • Last time I was there my wife, son and I waited forever for someone to take our order. Then, the food (all of it) was either made incorrectly or ice cold. The place was not busy. They did a few things to try to resolve the issues but by this point, we had already been there for hours and just wanted to leave. They did apologize and remove SOME of the food from the bill. Still, I paid lots of money and left hungry and annoyed. If you ask me.... you want a beer while watching the game... this is your place. Want to eat with your family... go somewhere else.
