rev:text	My first review was removed so I'm going to write the same review in a different way and let's see what happens. About 7 months or so ago I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Upon arrival to the dealer I was promptly greeted and asked what brought me in that day. After some small talk and a little info gathering I left the dealer. I didn't make it home which is approximately 3 miles away before I received a call from the salesperson still pitching the sale. I told the salesperson I will return to the dealer in a day or two to talk with him again. In the time between my return visit to this dealership I received several calls a day asking was I coming back in to the dealer, by several different people. Once I came back and purchased a vehicle I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE FOLLOW UP CALL FROM ANYONE. Also when I brought the truck in for service, the sales manager that I dealt with personally during the sale looked me in the eye and walked right past me like I didn't exist. I sold cars years ago and we were supposed to do follow up calls to customers 1 month, 6 months and 1 year after the sale, I received nothing!!!! The only thing that keeps me coming back is the fact that the dealer is so close to home. Some of the service department employees need additional customer service training IMO. I stress some because their are some employees that are very good. This has unfortunately been my experience with all the dealerships I have purchased from. Was hoping this one would be different. Wishful thinking!!! Do your research!!!!
