Why should I even give them one star? Gave them furniture to sell on behalf of my aged Aunt who had moved into a retirement home in North Toronto. I delivered it on October 27, 204. They sold it on November 8, 2014 for 25% less than the agreed upon price, without first consulting with me. But here's the kicker: they never told me that they sold the merchandise! On December 13, 2014, I walked into the store and saw that the furniture was gone. The associate looked it up and informed me that it had been sold on November 8. This was now 5 weeks later and I had not been told it was sold NOR PAID! Then my complaints were met with rudeness as if I was the one that had done something wrong. This is the very familiar "best defense is a good offense" tactic. Finally got my money but at the unapproved reduced sale price. BE VERY CAREFUL!
